Inside GlossHaus
Welcome to the GlossHaus Journal: Beauty, Brands & What’s Next
Meet Rebecca from Glosshaus and discover her plans for brand stories, thoughtful beauty product reviews and future skincare, makeup and grooming recommendations.

Hello, I’m Rebecca, Customer Success Manager at GlossHaus. Welcome to our journal: a place for beauty brand stories, thoughtful product reviews and practical ideas for choosing skincare, makeup and grooming that fit your life.
There is a lot to discover in beauty, and plenty of noise to navigate. My aim is to make the conversation clearer. I want to ask useful questions, look beyond a beautiful bottle and help you understand what a product might bring to your routine. This first article is an introduction to that approach and to the stories I plan to share here.
A beauty journal built around your questions
Which details matter when you compare two products? What makes a brand distinctive? Is something a useful everyday staple, a thoughtful gift or simply an interesting idea to explore? These are the kinds of questions I want our articles to answer.
As the person helping customers and brands connect at GlossHaus, I hear the value of a clear conversation. This journal gives us room for more of it. Alongside the GlossHaus story, you’ll find introductions to brands, a closer look at products and suggestions for making sense of a growing collection.
The brand stories I want to share
A brand is more than its packaging. In future articles, I plan to explore the ideas behind a collection, the people shaping it and the customers it is designed for. Where possible, I’ll ask brands to explain their choices in their own words, then put that information into useful context.
I’ll distinguish information supplied by a brand from my own observations. If a claim needs evidence, a good story will not be a substitute for it. And if a collaboration or gifted sample is involved, I’ll make that relationship clear in the relevant article.
What to expect from my product reviews
My planned reviews will focus on the details that help you decide whether something deserves a closer look. Depending on the product, that might include the packaging, texture, scent, ease of use, available shades, size and price. A first impression and a longer-term review are different things, and I’ll say which one you are reading.
- Clear context: what the product is, who it is intended for and how it was assessed.
- Useful detail: the qualities I noticed, what I liked and any limitations worth considering.
- Honest boundaries: what I have personally tried, what comes from the brand and what remains uncertain.
- Transparent relationships: a clear note about any paid partnership, gifted item or commercial connection.
Personal preference matters. A finish, fragrance or format that suits one person may not suit another. My goal is to give you a more useful starting point, rather than tell you there is one perfect choice for everyone.
Future favourites across GlossHaus
As the catalogue develops, I’d like to introduce everyday skincare, expressive makeup, grooming essentials and thoughtful gifts. You can explore the GlossHaus shop and its departments now, including skincare, makeup and men’s grooming.
Product selections are still being prepared, so this welcome article is not a list of items available to buy. Future recommendations will link to the relevant product information when it is available, with availability and pricing checked at the time of publication. I won’t present a planned addition as something already in stock.
Help shape what comes next
Perhaps there is a brand you keep hearing about, a product category you find confusing or a gift you never quite know how to choose. I’d love to know. Your questions can help shape the next article and the conversations we have with brands.
If you represent a brand, you are welcome to introduce your collection too. Tell us what makes it distinctive and what customers should understand about it. An introduction is the start of a conversation, not a promise of coverage or a recommendation.
Send Rebecca a message or use the contact bubble at the bottom of the page. You can choose email or a phone callback. I look forward to discovering what matters to you.
Warm wishes,
Rebecca from Glosshaus
